We are honoured to invite you to the gala dinner celebrating Volcafe’s 175th anniversary.

From the foundation of Volkart Brothers in 1851 to the acquisition by Hartree Partners in 2025; from Mumbai and Winterthur to a network spanning over 25 countries – let’s celebrate together our vitality, versatility and vision.

Our Vitality is rooted in history – like a perennial tree, enduring season after season. We are here today because generations before us built strong foundations.

Our Versatility has been proven in the face of adversity. We have navigated wars, crises, and transformations in global trade – always resilient, always adaptive, always forward-moving.

And we are Visionary, ready for sustainable growth. The challenges of climate, technology, and equity are immense – but so are the opportunities. Our future depends on leading with foresight, courage, and responsibility.

GALA DINNER VENUE INFORMATION

Real Casino de Madrid

Located on Madrid’s Calle de Alcalá, the Real Casino de Madrid is one of the city’s historic landmarks. Designed by José López Sallaberry and completed in the early 1900s, it began as a private club founded in 1836. Declared a “Bien de Interés Cultural” in 1993, the building features marble staircases, decorated salons, and frescoes that reflect the style of its time. Today, it remains a private club but also hosts art exhibitions, events, and La Terraza del Casino, a rooftop restaurant that combines tradition with contemporary cuisine.

Dress code: Black Tie / Cocktail.
